2. Merchant-Issued Credits: If we act as your purchasing agent and the merchant issues a refund for a defective item, we will pass on that refund amount to you in your preferred manner. You can choose to receive it via:
1. Direct deposit to your bank account
2. Credit to your B.I.Shipping account for future use

Carrier Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier we partner with. However, we will work diligently with the carrier to resolve the issue and may be able to recover some costs associated with the delay based on the carrier's policy.

Non-Refundable Services

1. Freight Charges: Freight charges are non-refundable.
2. Customs Fees & Duties: These government-imposed charges are not part of our service fees and are non-refundable.
3. Insurance: Premiums paid for cargo insurance are non-refundable.
4. Storage Fees: Any storage charges incurred due to delays beyond our control are not refundable.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email at [email protected]. Be sure to include your account number, shipment reference number, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including any necessary proof for loss or damage.

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 30 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive a refund within 10 business days to the chosen payout method.
